Rancho Bernardo is a little north of Scripps Ranch and is a thriving community with a predominately Mediterranean influence in its architecture. A popular golf community, Rancho Bernardo also features many 55+ communities.

Carmel Mountain Ranch is a relatively new community bordering Interstate 15. Many homes feature views of the Carmel Mountain Ranch Golf course, an 18-hole championship course.

Sabre Springs is a master-planned community nestled among rolling hills with abundant open space, nature trails, parks, shopping, and family entertainment. It lies within the top-rated Poway Unified School District and is freeway-close to all of San Diego, bordered by Poway in the northeast.

The city of Poway is a many-faceted diverse area with homes ranging from entry-level attached homes to multimillion dollar estates on rolling acreage. A sprawling community, Poway embodies the spirit of "The City in the Country" and prides itself on the fact that over half of the City´s 39.4 square-mile area is preserved as dedicated open space. The community offers a diverse range of housing options, an outstanding school district, a thriving business park with over 19,000 jobs, a broad range of dining and shopping opportunities, beautiful parks and over 82 miles of trails.

Carmel Valley is the link between the inland corridor and the coast. Bordered by Interstate 15 and Interstate 5, Carmel Valley is freeway close to just about anywhere in San Diego. Cool breezes and rolling hills have attracted over 40,000 residents to this growing area.

Santaluz is located adjacent to Fairbanks Ranch and Rancho Santa Fe. This 3,800-acre new development offers affluent custom homesites, many with panoramic views of the coast. The natural habitat of golden rolling hills and timeless traditional California architecture of the homes and clubhouses create an authentic early California setting, unlike any other in the region.
